★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il vestito bellissimo perché l'ho scelto e personalizzato ma a livello di servizio non posso dire che è stato positivo... intanto ti dicono che una volta scelto il modello te lo ricuciono nuovo e su misura ma non è così...almeno nel mio caso non è stato così...il vestito ero quello esposto che poi la sarta ha stretto per farlo andare bene. Non c'è nulla di male nel vendere il vestito esposto ma non capisco perché dire che lo rifanno nuovo quando non è così...poi le scarpe ho deciso di farle fare su misura ma la sarta ha sbagliato la misura ci mancava almeno 1,5 cm quindi andavano strette. La fascetta per i capelli era precisissima...mah pazienza...! E dopo quasi 200€ spesi quando mi è stato consegnato il vestito ho chiesto una gruccia per appenderlo e non mi è neanche stata data...mi hanno detto "quelle che abbiamo ci servono a noi"...ridicola questa cosa....non vendete magliette...mi è venuto tanto da ridere con questa risposta ma non fa nulla. Poi ci sono state altre pecche come che avevano persino dimenticato di farmi la fascetta e sono dovuta tornare un altro giorno...lasciamo perdere....diciamo solo che il servizio potrebbe essere nettamente migliorato
The dress is beautiful because I chose it and personalized it but in terms of service I cannot say that it was positive ... in the meantime they tell you that once you have chosen the model they will sew it up new and made to measure but it is not so ... at least in the my case was not like that ... the dress was the one exposed that the seamstress then tightened to make it fit. There is nothing wrong with selling the dress on display but I don't understand why to say that they make it new when it's not like that ... then I decided to have the shoes made to measure but the seamstress made a mistake in the measurement we were missing at least 1, 5 cm so they went tight. The hair tie was very precise ... well patience ...! And after almost € 200 spent when the dress was delivered to me I asked for a hanger to hang it and it wasn't even given to me ... they told me "what we have we need" ... this is ridiculous ... .do not sell t-shirts ... I laughed so much with this answer but it doesn't matter. Then there were other flaws like that they even forgot to tie me up and I had to come back another day ... forget it .... let's just say that the service could be significantly improved
