★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Fahrradtour ging von Bad Tölz nach Venedig mit einem Leih-E-Bike. Auf der Tour hatte ich ständig Probleme mit gebrochenen Speichen. In Bassano kam ich zum Bike Store und lernte Max und Stefano kenne. Die beiden reparierten mir über Nacht das Rad, gaben mir ein Leihrad, damit ich mobil bleiben konnte und verlangten keinen Cent! Ich kann nur sagen, dass man sowas nicht so häufig erlebt. Super kompetente Leute und einfach gute Menschen.
My bike tour went from Bad Tölz to Venice with a rental e-bike. During the tour, I always had problems with broken spokes. In Bassano I came to the bike store and got to know Max and Stefano. The two of them repaired my bike overnight, gave me a rental bike so I could stay mobile and didn't charge a cent! I can only say that you don't see it that often. Super competent people and just good people.

Bin dann in den Laden rein und die Mitarbeiter haben sich sofort gekümmert. Ham gemeint ich soll 15 min warten und es sofort repariert für ne kleine Mark. Vielen Dank nochmal!
Came here to ride a bike. Of course, the construction train ripped off the gearshift on the mountain.
Then I went into the store and the employees took care of it straight away. Ham meant I should wait 15 minutes and fix it immediately for a small mark. Thank you again!
