Sono veramente soddisfatta anche perchè il programma è in cloud e in qualsiasi momento posso avere tutto sotto controllo. La gestione del negozio in questo modo diventa veramente organizzata e moderna! consiglio veramente a tutti di provarlo perchè ti cambia il modo di gestire la tua attività! Per il resto si tratta di un semplicissimo programma commerciale (30€ on line) con qualche personalizzazione per differenziarlo e basta! Se siete convinti di gestire il vostro negozio con questo programma, guardatevi bene attorno!!! Al prezzo che ve lo offrono troverete sicuramente dei Gestionali degni di tale nome. Con il sistema della vendita on line, non avete praticamente nessuna possibilità di valutare il programma se non con 15gg di prova... tempo sicuramente non sufficiente per valutare le funzionalità. Avendo fatto personalmente questo errore, sconsiglio assolutamente questo prodotto. Se invece avete già acquistato il prodotto ed avete bisogno di modifiche, vi avviso che a parte l'impossibilità di personalizzarlo e renderlo efficace, riceverete una risposta di questo tipo: "Queste modifiche non sono possibili, teniamo la vostra segnalazione come conferma di cessazione contratto a scadenza", morale della favola vi pagate il canone annuo e non avrete nessun diritto di recesso.... inoltre se chiedete un rimborso (anche parziale) il "titolare" a parte inventare mille scuse vi dirà che deve sentire i suoi soci e se aspettate una risposta, vi avviso che potete dormire sonni tranquilli per qualche mese......in modo da avvicinare sempre più la scadenza del contratto. Sono stato particolarmente amareggiato del trattamento ricevuto da questa azienda e convinto di non essere l'unico ad aver ricevuto tale trattamento, mi metto a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento!!!!
