I would have liked to become their customer, but from the first contact the courtesy and attention to the customer leave a lot to be desired, I will turn elsewhere.
Update: I was contacted by the shop to clarify the reason for the review (which I appreciated) but the attention to the customer is confirmed the same and the review remains unchanged. You can improve strength!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stoere E-Bike gehuurd en daarmee naar DomoBianca gefietst. Accu’s ruim voldoende om ter hoogte van restaurant La Roccia te komen. Verhuurder met goede service en Engels-sprekend. Fijn geholpen.
Rented a cool E-Bike and cycled to DomoBianca. Batteries more than enough to reach restaurant La Roccia. Landlord with good service and English-speaking. Nice help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee top-e-MTB’s gehuurd en een route gevolgd vanuit Domodossola naar de top van een berg.
Eerst 10km lang omhoog (40min), bijladen in Domobianca (60min) en vervolgens naar de top van de berg langs de skiliften (60min).
Het is wel handig om MTB ervaring te hebben, met name voor de weg naar beneden.
Naar beneden zijn ook MTB trails voor gevorderden.
Top outdoor activiteit, aanrader!
Rented two top e-MTBs and followed a route from Domodossola to the top of a mountain.
First 10km uphill (40min), top up in Domobianca (60min) and then to the top of the mountain along the ski lifts (60min).
It is useful to have MTB experience, especially for the way down.
Down there are also MTB trails for advanced riders.
Top outdoor activity, recommended!
