E poi il ragazzo, al di là del fatto che sembrava stesse in un'altro pianeta, è stato poco cortese e professionale, non sapeva nemmeno riconoscere i problemi della bici nonostante l'avessi spiegato 2 minuti prima. Poi spara prezzi assurdi per sistemare due cose. Se lui è il proprietario del negozio consiglio vivamente di cambiare mestiere. Addirittura dopo aver ritirato la seconda volta la bici dall'assistenza, la ruota posteriore era instabile ed ho temuto per la mia incolumità. Pessima esperienza. I prezzi sono in linea con la concorrenza anche se poi si riesce sempre a rimediare qualche sconticino. Sono molto soddisfatto. Ho portato una bici NUOVA perché non si inseriva una marcia e per montare un cavalletto (la prossima volta meglio il fai da te). Hanno preso 40€ e ora sono due le marce che non entrano (marce anteriori e quindi anche importanti). Sono tornato più volte perché potessero riparare alla loro mancanza ma niente. Continua a funzionare peggio di quando l’ho portata. Per non parlare del fatto che ho trovato delle viti non montate e sono dovuto tornare a posta per chiedere di rimetterle. Continuano a sostenere che le il cambio per loro funziona (ho comprato una bici con questo tipo di cambio perché mi sono trovato bene in precedenza con un cambio identico, lo conosco abbastanza). E rimane il fatto che prima di portarla potevo usare perfettamente sue marce su tre delle anteriori, ora solo una. Giudicate voi. Per me poco professionali. Extremely unsatisfactory! They took 40 € and now there are two gears that do not enter (front gears and therefore also important). I went back several times so that they could make up for their lack but nothing. It continues to work worse than when I brought it. Not to mention that I found some screws that were not mounted and had to go back to the post to ask for them to be put back on. They continue to argue that the gearbox works for them (I bought a bike with this type of gearbox because I was comfortable with an identical gearbox before, I know it enough). And the fact remains that before taking it I could perfectly use its gears on three of the front, now only one. Judge for yourself. Unprofessional for me.
