Ho provato con i metodi "della nonna" mettendolo nel riso e lasciandolo sul comodino per un paio di giorni affinchè si asciugasse, niente appena l'ho indossato l'acqua si è riformata. L'ho riportato in negozio settimana scorsa perché me lo cambiassero o rimediassero al problema e mi è stato detto che questo non rientra nei casi di sostituzione o riparazione e che "tanto funziona"...sono tornata oggi e la risposta è stata che avrei dovuto riportarlo entro due settimane e ormai era tardi, cosa di cui tra l'altro non sono stata avvisata al momento dell'acquisto. Il servizio clienti lascia a desiderare e il prodotto anche a questo punto, considerando che si formerà della ruggine all'interno e smetterà di funzionare. Good morning, I bought a very nice watch on 7/14/16, a pity that after two days water began to form in the dial despite removing it during the shower. I tried "grandma's" methods by putting it in the rice and leaving it on the bedside table for a couple of days for it to dry, nothing changed as soon as I wore it. I took it back to the store last week because they changed it or remedied the problem and I was told that this is not part of the cases of replacement or repair and that "it works" ... I came back today and the answer was that I would had to bring it back within two weeks and it was late by now, something I was not informed of at the time of purchase. Customer service leaves much to be desired and the product at this point too, considering that rust will form inside and stop working.

The shop assistants are always smiling, even when it is clear that they may have a fever of 40! Truly affordable prices. Great variety of products. Sempre aggiornati, la selezione e accurata, il materiale e ottimo e poi dipende da ogni soggetto. The sales lady at that time (2.5 years ago) was very friendly and helpful. Having travelled 1.5 hours from Milan centre to this Como store in the winter cold, I was shocked by the 300° change in customer service. The sales assistant was joined to me at the hip from the time I entered the store to the time I left. I felt so uncomfortable I walked out without the Christmas gift I'd been thinking of gifting myself. I forever love their jewelry but I think next time I'll go to the store at IL Centro
