★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace, ho ordinato un prodotto che sarebbe dovuto arrivare, ormai, 20 giorni fa!! Capisco il periodo.. Ma non le scuse.. Alla prima telefonata mi è stato detto che era stato spedito, con tanto di numero di tracking.. Visto che non arrivava e il corriere non sapeva nulla della merce ho richiamato e mi è stato detto che c'era stato un errore di invio.. E lo avrebbero spedito la settimana successiva.. Adesso visto che la settimana successiva è passata.. Mi hanno risposto che partirà domani... Probabilmente!!!
I'm sorry, I ordered a product that should have arrived 20 days ago !! I understand the period .. But no apologies .. At the first call I was told that it had been sent, complete with a tracking number .. Since it did not arrive and the courier knew nothing of the goods I called back and I was told that there had been a sending error .. And they would have sent it the following week .. Now since the following week has passed .. They replied that it will leave tomorrow ... Probably !!!

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con lo spedizioniere (prima uno sciopero poi i sanitari sono arrivati rotti). Nonostante tutte le varie difficoltà sono stati veramente sempre cordiali, professionali e pronti a gestire i problemi. Mi hanno veramente aiutato. In particolare la signora Alice che mi ha seguito fino a che il problema non è stato risolto. Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a loro!
I bought a couple of sanitary ware from this dealer that were practically unavailable on any other site / shop. Unfortunately we had several problems with the shipper (first a strike then the sanitary ware arrived broken). Despite all the various difficulties they have always been really friendly, professional and ready to handle problems. They really helped me. In particular Mrs. Alice who followed me until the problem was solved. I recommend everyone to contact them!
