★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una vergogna nn hanno messo nessun tipo di avviso x far sapere che oggi c'era lo sciopero generale di 24h eppoi pretenderebbero che si paghi il biglietto?
 It is a shame they didn't put any kind of warning to let people know that today there was a 24h general strike and then would they expect you to pay the ticket?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho trovato il conducente frustrato della vita e evidentemente anche del proprio lavoro, perché dopo avergli chiesto se la via dov'eravamo fosse via Garibaldi, mi ha risposto con un tono maleducato,a mia volta,gli ho risposto che non c'era bisogno di arrabbiarsi e sono scesa infastidita. Se non sapete stare al pubblico cambiate mestiere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tip if this is the first time you've visited Pisa. Buy the ticket inside or from tabacchi, never from the driver. Tickets from driver costs almost double that of the regular price. You can also buy tickets from ticket machine. But i'd still recommend buying from the kisoks itself and ask for "andata e ritorno" which translates to back and forth tickets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst treatment you can possibly expect from a transportation company: even though they guarantee that in case of delay you will not miss the connection with another bus, the latter won't wait for the previous one to come. Result? You won't get to your destination. No refund. Complaints are useless. Staff is highly rude and if you call the costumer service phone number you're going to spend a lot of money (58 cents per minute). Busses are always late, and I suppose there's no cleaning service because the hygiene level is terribly low, even though ticket prices are not low at all. Security during the trip is also not provided: the way drivers drive is definitely insane. Dangerous overtakes and not respecting speed limits are just a part of their daily routine. I definitely NOT recommend you to use their services, especially if your are a tourist. (I've been a costumer for 9 years now)
