Gym located in Roiano in the city of Trieste. Complete with tools, nothing is missing, helpful and kind staff at a great price with annual subscription. The shower is coin operated to have hot water. Clean dressing room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra di grandi dimensioni su due piani. Gli attrezzi sono all'avanguardia. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti: è un ambiente famigliare. Peccato non ci sia un personal trainer per i pesi.
Large gym on two floors. The tools are cutting edge. The owners are very welcoming: it is a family environment. Too bad there is no personal trainer for weights.

È una palestra storica a Trieste, senz'altro ti fa fare un tuffo negli anni '80, ma lo spirito, la cortesia e la simpatia dei titolari e delle persone che la frequentano quotidianamente è qualcosa di veramente raro al giorno d'oggi. Consigliata!
Well-stocked, clean, two-storey gym with Italian Technogym equipment.
It is a historic gym in Trieste, it certainly makes you take a dip in the 80s, but the spirit, courtesy and friendliness of the owners and the people who frequent it every day is something really rare nowadays. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best one in Trieste! The trainer is very good. The second floor is with air conditioning. All type of equipments are available. Sunday closed, Saturday 09:00 to 20:00 opened. It is not expensive also! In a nutshell worthy!
