★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camere spaziose climatizzate e fornite di letto decisamente comodi. Ottimo ambiente, proprietari simpatici ed accoglienti. Se vi fermate al ristorante di mangia davvero bene … provate le cozze perché sono davvero gustose. Ottimo posto ci ritornerei di sicuro.
 Spacious air-conditioned rooms with very comfortable bed. Great environment, friendly and welcoming owners. If you stop at the restaurant to eat really well… try the mussels because they are really tasty. Great place would go back for sure.

Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti voi io riandro' nuovamente. 5 stelle per me son poche ne darei 10+ per tutto. Davvero bello questo posto nel Salento.
Excellent restaurant for unique homemade dishes, large and comfortable air-conditioned rooms and staff who are always attentive and available to serve the customer. I highly recommend it to all of you I will go back again. 5 stars for me are few I would give 10+ for everything. Really nice this place in Salento.

Fernando, Assunta e i figli siete davvero meravigliosi, cordialità, gentilezza e tanta umanità che oggigiorno malapena si intravede. Pietanze gustose e camere comode e climatizzate: ottimo.

One more star is missing for the welcome you have shown! You made me feel good, as if I were at home. Fernando, Assunta and the children you are truly wonderful, cordiality, kindness and a lot of humanity that is barely visible today. Tasty dishes and comfortable, air-conditioned rooms: excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the midst of COvid it proved difficult to find open eating establishments around Borgagne, so we decided To try Big Mama’s. For a start we were met with a temperature gun and a man who spoke no English at all. This had no impact on us and we chose the best table outside as there was no one else At the restaurant. Not able to understand the Italian menu, our temperature taker come waiter entertained us with Google translations from his phone which did not make much sense at all.
In the end we managed to order some drinks, a pizza, a beef salad, grilled swordfish and some sort of pasta dish. All the food was simply delicious although the gin and tonic Sarah had, tasted more like petrol, but she didn’t care and added it to her fizzy water to take the edge off a little. The wine was off a drinkable quality even though we were not given a choice in the matter and all in all we had a fun and satisfying dinner. The pizza was even good enough to come home with us too be eaten for elevenses the next day. Can’t go wrong really!
