★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questo negozio tramite amici di famiglia. Appena sono entrato in negozio sono stato messo subito a mio agio ed ho trovato ciò che cercavo. Il servizio mi era sembrato molto attento e disponibile. Ho dovuto effettuare degli accorgimenti all'abito tramite la loro sartoria, sono andato a provarlo e fin lì tutto bene. Il giorno della consegna dell'abito ho provato il pantalone e in camerino mi sono accorto che c'era un filo tirato (cosa che non mi aspetto comprando un prodotto del valore di circa 900 euro). L'ho fatto subito presente, ma sono stato sminuito e non mi è stata proposta alcuna soluzione. Avevamo anche pattuito un fazzoletto in seta da tasca, ma nel momento del ritiro è stato tolto, dicendomi che credevano non lo volessi. Ho fatto presente che il fazzoletto doveva accompagnare la giacca dato che come avevamo pattuito doveva essere fissato in essa, allora successivamente è stato riposto nel taschino. Ho chiesto spiegazioni sul perché non fosse stato fissato come promesso, ma sono stato intortato con dei giri di parole. Ulteriore amara sorpresa è stato il retro macchiato della cravatta. Credevo di avere trovato il negozio definitivo per i miei abiti, all'inizio erano super disponibili e attenti ad ogni mia richiesta, ma alla fine sono tornato a casa con un abito fallato, una cravatta sporca e un fazzoletto non cucito come da accordi. Sono rimasto scontento, ma sopratutto molto deluso perché non hanno mantenuto le mie aspettative iniziali. Come perdersi in un bicchier d'acqua, amareggiato!
I got to know this shop through family friends. As soon as I entered the shop I was immediately put at ease and found what I was looking for. I thought the service was very attentive and helpful. I had to make some adjustments to the dress through their tailor shop, I went to try it on and so far everything was fine. On the day of delivery of the dress I tried on the trousers and in the dressing room I realized that there was a tight thread (which I do not expect when buying a product worth around 900 euros). I immediately pointed this out, but I was belittled and no solution was proposed to me. We had also agreed on a pocket silk handkerchief, but when we picked it up it was taken off, telling me they thought I didn't want it. I pointed out that the handkerchief had to accompany the jacket since as we had agreed it had to be fixed in it, then it was subsequently placed in the pocket. I asked for an explanation as to why it was not fixed as promised, but I was twisted with some turns of phrase. Another bitter surprise was the stained back of the tie. I thought I had found the definitive shop for my clothes, at first they were super helpful and attentive to my every request, but in the end I came home with a bad suit, a dirty tie and a handkerchief not sewn as agreed. I was unhappy, but above all very disappointed because they did not keep my initial expectations. Like getting lost in a glass of water, embittered!

The garment had signs of use as you can see in the images. It has:
- Three snags in chest.
- Dirt on the inside (it was used).
- Patch on the embroidery of the right sleeve.
- The bottom band stretched and full of fluff.
