Ero scettico sulla proposta di Matteo della nuova Kia Niro full hybrid, ho dovuto ricredermi dopo averla acquistata. Purchased 3 cars in 5 years, I have always had good advice and great availability from the dealership staff. I was skeptical about Matteo's proposal for the new Kia Niro full hybrid, I had to change my mind after buying it.

I can't say I was satisfied ... the seller we were asking for information liquidated us in 5 minutes by standing up and very briefly, well patience we bought the car elsewhere!

Per le vendite del nuovo ok ma il post vendita e il reparto usato specialmente sono da evitare. 1 macchina rotta, prendo il nuovo e per un po' ok poi tagliandi e riparazioni dai prezzi assurdi e mai niente in garanzia. Passa un po' di tempo e porto mia madre a vedere una macchina usata. Il venditore non risponde. Torniamo a vedere la macchina e notiamo dei difetti che ogni altro rivenditore ( compreso uno dei loro ) avrebbe compreso nel prezzo. Niente nessun avvicinamento. I could give 0 stars I would give them. For the sales of the new ok but the after sales and the used department especially are to be avoided. 1 broken car, I get the new one and for a while ok then coupons and repairs with absurd prices and never anything under warranty. Some time passes and I take my mother to see a used car. The seller does not respond. Let's go back to the machine and notice defects that any other dealer (including one of theirs) would have included in the price. Nothing, no approach.
A	Akylle P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo concessionario sia per quanto riguarda il reparto vendite che per l’officina, mancano di competenze e professionalità, se proprio volete comprare un auto da loro visionatela attentamente con il vostro meccanico di fiducia e consiglio in ogni caso di stipulare una garanzia che copra più danni possibili per limitare al minimo le problematiche derivate da un auto difettosa, (visto che loro prestano poca attenzione alla qualità delle auto usate che vendono). I strongly advise against this dealer both as regards the sales department and the workshop, they lack skills and professionalism, if you really want to buy a car from them, view it carefully with your trusted mechanic and I recommend in any case to take out a guarantee that covers as much damage as possible to minimize the problems arising from a faulty car, (since they pay little attention to the quality of the used cars they sell).

Mi viene fatto un preventivo scritto di 15. 000 euro, restituendo indietro una macchina usata. Torno con mio marito dopo due giorni in concessionara, convinti di uscire con il contratto della macchina. Appena arriviamo il rivenditore invece di tirare fuori il preventivo fatto due giorni prima lo rifà con un aumento di prezzo di ben 1800 euro, io incredula tiro fuori il preventivo fatto due giorni prima.... Il rivenditore si giustifica dicendo che si era sbagliato. Io e mio marito abbiamo salutato e ce ne siamo andati in un altra Concessionaria a comprare la macchina altrove, in quanto un comportamento del genere ci sembrava proprio una presa in giro. Rivenditore poco furbo e professionale, in casa abbiamo già diverse Suzuki e a breve avremo cambiato le auto vecchie ricomprando sicuramente altre Suzuki..... Meno male che a Firenze e provincia ci sono altre concessionarie a cui rivolgersi. I went to this dealership a few weeks ago to make a quote for a swift 4x4 glp. I get a written estimate of € 15,000 by returning a used car. I come back with my husband after two days in the dealership, convinced of going out with the car contract. As soon as we arrive, the dealer instead of pulling out the quote made two days before he does it again with a price increase of 1800 euros, I am incredulous I pull out the quote made two days before .... The dealer justifies himself by saying that he was wrong. My husband and I said goodbye and went to another Dealership to buy the car elsewhere, as such behavior seemed like a joke. Not very smart and professional dealer, we already have several Suzuki cars at home and soon we will have changed the old cars, certainly buying more Suzuki ..... Luckily there are other dealerships to turn to in Florence and its province.

Dopo aver fatto 1 ora di auto per arrivare in concessionaria chiedo se,dato il maltempo,potevamo spostare l auto dentro al coperto per visionarla bene. Risposta rapida e indolore: L’Auto non si può accendere perché c’è da riattaccare un fusibile alla batteria. Decido comunque di visionarla da vicino, ha un bel aspetto, tenuta bene dentro ma guardando sotto ci siamo accorti che era presente molta ruggine…apriamo il cofano è c erano delle perdite evidenti. Ho chiesto se il prezzo era trattabile,dato che c era diversi lavori da fare, mi ha risposto negativamente. Mi è stato proposto di tornare a visionarla in settimana, ma non avendomi fatto una buona impressione, ho deciso di lasciar perdere. Gli ho anche dovuto dire che avevano sbagliato a scrivere l annuncio,sbagliando a riportare la versione del auto… PECCATO! Su un usato far sentire girare il motore,possibilmente a freddo, è la BASE! Questa auto è stata ritirata su un nuovo…presa e lasciata lì da almeno 6 mesi/un anno. I was interested in buying a Suzuki, available for sale at their headquarters. After driving 1 hour to get to the dealership I ask if, given the bad weather, we could move the car indoors to view it well. Quick and painless response: The car cannot be started because a fuse has to be reattached to the battery. However, I decide to view it closely, it looks nice, well kept inside but looking underneath we realized that there was a lot of rust ... we open the hood and there were obvious leaks. I asked if the price was negotiable, since there was several works to be done, he replied in the negative. I was asked to come back to view it this week, but not having made a good impression on me, I decided to let it go. I also had to tell them that they had written the ad wrong, wrongly reporting the version of the car ... SIN! On a used car, letting the engine feel running, possibly when cold, is the BASE! This car was picked up on a new… taken and left there for at least 6 months / one year.
