Mio malgrado mi sono ritrovato un prodotto pessimo tanto quanto il servizio clienti, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! Ho comprato 2 divani circa un anno e mezzo fa, ed a entrambi i divani uno da 2 posti ed uno da 3 si sono rotti i sostegni dei piedini , che sono fatti con pezzetti di legno tenerissimo. Alla richiesta di assistenza l'azienda ha detto che non sapeva cosa dirmi. Vergognosi!!!
I bought these sofas to buy a quality Italian product, spending 4 times what I would have spent at ikea
Despite myself I found myself a bad product as much as the customer service, NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! I bought 2 sofas about a year and a half ago, and both sofas, one for 2 and one for 3, have broken the supports of the feet, which are made with pieces of very soft wood. When asking for assistance, the company said it didn't know what to tell me. Shameful !!!
