M	Mattia Cifelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ascoltate quello che è detto nella presentazione. Il servizio è pessimo, la caldaia degli anni 60 si rompe e perde acqua ogni 2 settimane. Cucina con cappa non funzionante e piena di polvere. Fanno entrare gente in casa a far lavori/pulire senza avvisare, ogni anno tentano di nascondere la muffa con intonaco nuovo, che puntualmente crolla facendo riapparire la muffa. Per non parlare del fatto che vogliono farci pagare un divano già rotto da quando siamo arrivati. Poi ti dicono che le bollette sono incluse nel prezzo e puntualmente vogliono il conguaglio. Consiglio veramente di non scegliere questa casa. Ps: ai vicini di interno pioveva in casa. grazie mille Do not listen to what is said in the presentation. They bring people into the house to do work / clean without warning, every year they try to hide the mold with new plaster, which on time collapses causing the mold to reappear. Not to mention the fact that they want us to pay for a broken sofa since we arrived. Then they tell you that the bills are included in the price and punctually they want the balance. I really recommend not choosing this house. Ps: to the neighbors of the inside it rained in the house. thank you so much
