Inflessibili anche quando faccio notare loro che la bici l ho comprata a Milano. Assolutamente da evitare. Atteggiamento vergognoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on holiday from the UK and staying in Iseo. My brand new Giant trance has stopped working ??.
I visited this bike shop and they were extremely helpful and would recommend them to all.
They ran a diagnostic test and advised me what was wrong and would not accept any payment for their labour.
The ride control unit has stopped communicating with the energypak. Fortunately the UK dealer has agreed to send a new part from the UK to our next stop in Italy and we hope this will sort the problem.
Very helpful team, cannot thank them enough.
