★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La seconda Biblioteca di Bari per numero di volumi, circa 45k. Struttura datata ma comoda, silenziosa e riservata. Grande disponibilità da parte del personale ed efficienza per il prestito libri.
The second library of Bari by number of volumes, about 45k. Structure dated but comfortable, silent and reserved. Great availability from the staff and efficiency for the book loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre chiusa, non so perché non licenzino i bibliotecari. Quando è aperta, metà del personale è fuori e metà dentro a non far niente, sebbene siano abbastanza gentili. Saletta tetra e poco illuminata.
Always closed, I don't know why they don't fire librarians. When it is open, half the staff are outside and half inside doing nothing, although they are nice enough. Gloomy and dimly lit room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari non agevoli, fredda d'inverno, direttore maleducato perché spesso ascolta musica ad alto volume nel suo ufficio disturbando, bagno senza asciugamani e carta igienica (messa dopo mia richiesta), infine persistente odore di muffa e umido.
Schedules not easy, cold in winter, rude manager because he often listens to loud music in his office disturbing, bathroom without towels and toilet paper (mass after my request), finally persistent musty and damp smell.

Orario di apertura 8.30, non ti fanno entrare e ti cacciano in malo modo perché "sta bagnato a terra" e "la donna sta ancora pulendo" dicendo di tornare più tardi. Nell'aula studio si gela d'inverno pure con il cappotto. No prese elettriche. Bagno senza acqua calda corrente. No carta igienica. Scarsa disposizione di libri. Il direttore, nella stanza accanto all'aula studio, ascolta musica ad alto volume disturbando il silenzio di chi vuole studiare.
Rude and rude staff. Opening hours 8.30, they don't let you in and they chase you badly because "she's wet on the ground" and "the woman is still cleaning" saying to come back later. In the study room it is freezing in winter even with a coat. No electrical outlets. Bathroom without running hot water. No toilet paper. Poor arrangement of books. The director, in the room next to the study room, listens to loud music disturbing the silence of those who want to study.
