Inoltre durante la settimana, la biblioteca era aperta agli studenti meritevoli per potersi aggiornare negli studi.
Fondò una rivista, chiamata " Il Circolo Giuridico" dove si pubblicavano articoli di vari soci.
Fu il primo esempio di circolo giuridico in Italia, a cui nel tempo si aggiunsero altri in Italia.
 A library established in 1868 by Luigi Sampolo, a professor of civil law, as a place where the members of the legal circle he founded could meet to discuss. Also during the week, the library was open to deserving students to be able to update in their studies.
He founded a magazine called "Il Circolo Giuridico" where articles were published by various members.
It was the first example of a legal circle in Italy, to which others in Italy were added over time.
