Would it be a public place? They kicked us out because we weren't registered. What is the meaning of the term "public place" if only those who are registered can access it ... unkind staff

I have been going to this library for years and I am always happy with it. The place is beautiful and welcoming and the librarians are always courteous. Great public service!
