Sabina è una padrona di casa gentile e simpatica, tra l'altro è stata carinissima con il mio piccolo Davide, accontentando una sua richiesta. Quando torneremo in vacanza da queste parti, ritorneremo sicuramente al Bianconiglio. The place is very nice and welcoming, the food good and plentiful. Sabina is a kind and nice hostess, among other things she was very cute with my little Davide, satisfying one of her requests. When we return on holiday around here, we will definitely return to the White Rabbit.

Varcando il piccolo ingresso abbiamo trovato un locale accogliente e arredato con gusto. Si possono mangiare cibi tradizionali pugliesi (le orecchiette ceci e melanzane, nella loro semplicità, sono molto molto buone) e carni freschissime, il tutto cucinato bene, ben presentato e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. E poi c'è Sabina, la padrona di casa, che con la sua energia e un entusiasmo travolgente, insieme ai suoi giovani collaboratori, rende la serata davvero piacevole, in un clima accogliente e familiare. Consigliamo a tutti di andare a scoprire questa bella realtà, che si trova solo a pochi minuti da Bari. Torneremo sicuramente! Ilaria, Stefano e Nicoletta Saturday night we went to the Bianconiglio Bistrot and we were pleasantly impressed. Crossing the small entrance we found a cozy and tastefully furnished room. You can eat traditional Apulian foods (orecchiette chickpeas and aubergines, in their simplicity, are very very good) and fresh meats, all cooked well, well presented and with an excellent quality-price ratio. And then there is Sabina, the hostess, who with her energy and overwhelming enthusiasm, together with her young collaborators, makes the evening really pleasant, in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. We recommend everyone to go and discover this beautiful reality, which is located just a few minutes from Bari. We will definitely be back! Ilaria, Stefano and Nicoletta

Locale di cui si ignora l'esistenza e poi, come l'Alice del romanzo, ci cadi dentro e vieni assorbito da questa atmosfera calda ed accogliente e sin da subito avrai due certezze: mangerai bene e berrai buon vino. La cucina sembra davvero quella della nonna (ed anche le porzioni) quindi se cercate porzioni da formiche e piatti gourmet da inutili cuochi stellati potete evitare, qui si mangia nel vero senso della parola. La carne di cavallo, il brodo di gallina sgozzata in mattinata e subito finita nei ravioli sono cose che non hanno prezzo. Non mi sento di consigliare questo locale ma vi obbligo ad andarci. Non ho sprecato parole su antipasti perché quando ci hanno portato delle fette di pane con delle terrine di olivo coratino ho perso il lume della ragione. Un punto extra anche per la gradita non presenza di fastidiosi bambini. Una serata davvero piacevole...e le patate fritte sbucciate sul momento, quasi lo dimenticavo. I patiti di vino potranno destreggiarsi tra diverse cantine che solo gli amanti conoscono, quindi ripeto: ANDATECI. Oh my God! What a pleasant discovery! A place whose existence is unknown and then, like the Alice in the novel, you fall into it and are absorbed by this warm and welcoming atmosphere and immediately you will have two certainties: you will eat well and drink good wine. The kitchen really looks like grandma's (and also the portions) so if you are looking for portions from ants and gourmet dishes from unnecessary star cooks you can avoid, here you eat in the true sense of the word. Horse meat, chicken broth slaughtered in the morning and immediately finished in ravioli are priceless things. I don't feel like recommending this place but I force you to go there. I have not wasted words on appetizers because when they brought us slices of bread with terrines of Coratino olive I lost the light of reason. An extra point also for the welcome non-presence of annoying children. A really pleasant evening ... and the fried potatoes peeled on the spot, I almost forgot it. Wine enthusiasts will be able to juggle several wineries that only lovers know, so I repeat: GO THERE.

Un piattino di polpette fritte a 7€. Un amaro a 3€. Assenza di Pos. Insomma: aspettative deluse e non ci ritornerò. Almeno i crostini al tartufo ottima qualità-prezzo. Location without staff to welcome you. Prices too high. Not everyone specifies the presence of dishes outside the menu. A saucer of fried meatballs for € 7. An amaro for € 3. Absence of Pos. In short: disappointed expectations and I will not return. At least the croutons with truffles excellent quality-price.

Abbiamo optato per una entrecôte cotta alla perfezione accompagnata da una salsa tzatziki albanese e del guacamole preparati all’istante dalla padrona di casa, Sabina, che si prende cura della sua clientela impeccabilmente, consigliando il vino più adatto alla portata scelta. Il locale è molto particolare con la pietra a vista che sembra abbracciarti. Complimenti a Sabina e al suo staff. Torneremo sicuramente Very high quality food. We opted for an entrecôte cooked to perfection accompanied by an Albanian tzatziki sauce and guacamole prepared instantly by the hostess, Sabina, who takes care of her customers impeccably, recommending the most suitable wine for the chosen course. The place is very particular with the exposed stone that seems to hug you. Congratulations to Sabina and her staff. We will definitely be back

The service was absolutely amazing and, who I assume were the owners of the bistro, were absolutely lovely and helpful. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and it was honestly the most incredible meal I’ve ever eaten in my life. The bistro specialises in food typical to the region of Puglia.
