Ho fatto decine di telefonate, sono dovuto anche andare in ditta per tentare di parlare con qualcuno. Mi continuano a dire che mi faranno chiamare per darmi dettagli ma non lo fanno mai. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Temo di dover ricorrere all'avvocato.. Ordered 9 fixtures in March 2021, paid regular deposit (20%), the expected delivery date on the order was 60 working days. I made dozens of phone calls, I even had to go to the company to try to talk to someone. They keep telling me they will call me to give me details but they never do. Immagino quanti mesi occorrano per avere gli articoli in ordine.....saranno anche bravi a fare il loro lavoro, non lo metto in dubbio, ma immagine ZERO! reading among the "courteous and helpful" reviews makes me cry, not even smile ..... I've been trying to contact them by phone for days and they don't even answer the phone. I guess how many months it takes to get the items in order ..... they will also be good at doing their job, I don't doubt it, but image ZERO!

Hanno consegnato i controtelai un mese e mezzo dopo il pattuito (7 10 giorni)... le finestre e persiane dovevano essere consegnate a metà settembre, entro 55 gg dalla presa misure... Pagato regolare caparra 20%. Non c'è verso di avere il materiale... decine di telefonate fatte... PESSIMI e assolutamente INAFFIDABILI... ho fatto scrivere dall'avvocato e ora rescinderò il contratto... Un'azienda divenuta pessima... Nell'unica risposta ricevuta, mi hanno detto che il materiale sarebbe stato consegnato metà ottobre.... All'avvocato rispondono a dicembre.... STATENE ALLA LARGA e soprattutto non pagate acconti.... Temo di essere uno che ci è cascato. E dire che avevo fatto 3 ristrutturazioni con loro senza problemi . Peccato ora non resta che procedere con avvocati . Anche a me cessione del credito senza consenso ! A ottobre mi dicono che non sono ancora pronte e che avrebbero consegnato entro il mese stesso. A novembre chiamo perché non si è fatto sentire più nessuno e dopo mille telefonate finalmente rispondono dicendo che mi avrebbero richiamato la settimana dopo per indicarmi il giorno di consegna. Non risponde più nessuno al telefono da 3 settimane, come a tutti a quanto pare. Affiderò tutto all'avvocato per riavere almeno indietro la caparra DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Da allora ho fatto un infinità di telefonate ed email ,non aspettatevi che loro vi tengano informati .Nessuno sa nulla,ti rimpallano da una persona all'altra....accampano scuse, senza mai avere dei tempi di consegna certi. Ti dicono che ti faranno contattare e non lo fanno mai. Anche oggi sto provando a contattarli telefonicamente ,ma non risponde NESSUNO, nè l'amministrazione, nè il commerciale e nemmeno chi si occupa delle consegne! PESSIMI Bad. Pagato per estensione garanzia a 10 anni, si rompe a 7, mi dicono che fanno un bonifico per attivare garanzia dopo 7 anni, ma dove esiste, e poi spariscono completamente. Spiace perché era una bella realtà una volta, ma oggi non sono in grado di fare quello per cui chiedono di essere pagati, in anticipo. Fate come volete, ma io voglio dimenticarmi che esistono e se continuano così sono preoccupato per chi ci lavora, se perdi credibilità, professionalità e clienti oggi duri poco. Dovevo attivare pratica legale, evito per non averci piu nulla a che fare. E sono stato buono nel rispetto di chi non ha avuto colpe nella gestione della mia pratica. Unreliable.
