★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale troppo caotico e per niente organizzato. Il proprietario è stato molto maleducato e impaziente nonostante io stessi cercando e valutando cosa prendere. Ovviamente se una persona non è in grado di servire adeguatamente a causa dello scarsissimo personale non è assolutamente colpa del cliente. Per non parlare dei prezzi che sono a dir poco esagerati. Sono uscita proprio incattivita. A mai più.
Too chaotic and not organized at all. The owner was very rude and impatient despite me trying and considering what to get. Obviously, if a person is unable to serve adequately due to very little staff, it is absolutely not the customer's fault. Not to mention the prices which are exaggerated to say the least. I went out really nasty. To never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato dei gomitoli di lana per fare un maglione ed essendo principiante mi sono fatta consigliare... Mi sono stati venduti la metà dei gomitoli di cui avevo bisogno, solo che ovviamente me ne sono accorta troppo tardi.. Sono tornata e mi è stato detto che quel tipo di lana non l'avrebbero più ordinato... Per finire il maglione sono dovuta andare sul sito del rivenditore e ordinare da sola la lana che sono poi andata a ritirare dall'altra parte della città... Poca onestà
I bought balls of wool to make a sweater and being a beginner I got advice ... I was sold half the balls I needed, only obviously I realized it too late .. I came back and I was I said they wouldn't order that kind of wool anymore ... To finish the sweater I had to go to the retailer's website and order the wool myself, which I then went to collect from the other side of town ... Little honesty
