★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aspettiamo una settimana per un appuntamento per un preventivo, nel momento in cui mi presento mi rispondono che era il giorno prima, cosa impossibile perche lo avevo segnato sull'agenda con certezza, chiedo di avere un altro appuntamento e mi rispondono di richiamare domani, chiedo di avere il cellulare di chi se ne occupa e mi rispondono che non sono autorizzati a darlo! vado da altri perchè da loro è troppo difficile già solo per il preventivo, figuriamoci poi se dovessimo fare anche il lavoro.
