Il 16 settembre 2019 sono vittima di un infortunio sul lavoro alla schiena.
Il 17 mattina telefono al centro omnia per un appuntamento per visita fisiatrica.
Mi riferiscono che mi avrebbero richiamato al massimo nel pomeriggio per comunicarmi una data.
Oggi, 12 novembre 2019 mi hanno chiamato per fissare la visita.....
Buono....direi che mi sono organizzato diversamente...
 Allow me to make a small observation.
On September 16, 2019, I suffered a back injury at work.
On the 17th morning I phone the omnia center for an appointment for a physiatric visit.
They tell me they would call me back in the afternoon at the latest to give me a date.
Today, 12 November 2019 they called me to fix the visit .....
Good .... I would say that I organized myself differently ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattare il centralino è letteralmente impossibile, si sta ore in attesa e spesso e volentieri alzano il telefono e non parlano. Altre volte sei decine di minuti a telefono nella speranza di una risposta ma fanno cadere la linea ( maleducazione assoluta). Tutto quello che un servizio non dovrebbe mai offrire.
Servizio medico valido una volta raggiunti i medici interessati che ho trovato molto professionali ( la speranza è l l ultima morire).
La gestione e organizzazione di Omnia medica è penosa confusionaria.
Contacting the switchboard is literally impossible, you are waiting for hours and often pick up the phone and do not speak. Other times you are tens of minutes on the phone in the hope of an answer but they drop the line (absolute rudeness). Everything a service should never offer.
Medical service valid once I reach the doctors I find very professional (hope is the last to die).
The management and organization of Omnia medica is painful and confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata durante le vacanze natalizie per un'urgenza, la segretaria mi ha risposto in modo cordiale, ho fatto una visita dal dott. Langone, che si è dimostrato molto umano, paziente e competente. Soffrivo terribilmente in modo atroce da due mesi totalmente abbandonata dal medico di base, praticamente inesistente e non disponibile a nessun tipo di visita né domiciliare né ambulatoriale, con tutte le precauzioni necessarie per il covid, sono stata visitata e mi sembra che la terapia sia efficace, il medico si è reso disponibile a essere contattato telefonicamente per urgenze. Finalmente una voce, eventualmente da contattare, non più consulti on line estremamente approssimativi. È stato posto all'ingresso un misuratore della temperatura, devono essere evitati assembramenti ma sono stata visitata con cura il 28 dicembre, fugate molte paure. Più studi medici dovrebbero attrezzarsi così e smettere di fare visite on line. Ringrazio il medico e il personale di segreteria

I suffered terribly in an atrocious way for two months totally abandoned by the general practitioner, practically non-existent and not available for any kind of home or outpatient visit, with all the necessary precautions for the covid, I was examined and it seems to me that the therapy is effective , the doctor made himself available to be contacted by telephone for emergencies. Finally an entry, possibly to contact, no more extremely approximate online consultations. A temperature meter was placed at the entrance, gatherings must be avoided but I was visited with care on December 28, dispelling many fears. More doctors' offices should equip themselves like this and stop making visits online. I thank the doctor and the secretarial staff

Semmai leggesse questo post vorrei informarlo che, a dispetto dei miei legamenti lascivì da donna (sue parole), mi dedicherò alla box piuttosto che alla danza!
Appointment with a specialist in orthopedics, especially for the knee. I would say the doctor in question has serious misogyny issues. A person sadly anchored in the Middle Ages. If he ever reads this post I would like to inform him that, in spite of my lewd ligaments as a woman (his words), I will dedicate myself to boxing rather than dance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito due volte della struttura da quando vige lo stato emergenziale per epidemia covid19. Ho ricevuto l'impressione che il personale non ne sia ancora del tutto consapevole: mascherine non correttamente indossate, sgualcite, affollamento in sala d'attesa e sulle scale (mi meraviglio che i medici che vi operano, molti dei quali davvero preparati, non facciano osservazioni in merito).
L'accettazione, tra l'altro, collocata in un ingresso angusto, non permette il rispetto della privacy.
I have used the facility twice since the covid19 emergency state was in force. I got the impression that the staff are not yet fully aware of it: masks not properly worn, crumpled, crowded in the waiting room and on the stairs (I am surprised that the doctors who operate there, many of them really trained, do not comments on the matter).
The acceptance, among other things, placed in a narrow entrance, does not allow the respect of privacy.

per la visita di valutazione esami, mi è stato spostato l'appuntamento una prima volta una settimana prima e una seconda volta il giorno stesso.
con la frase "eh ma il dottore non l'aspetta mica un'ora per una visita gratuita di valutazione esami se ha un buco".
questa non è serietà, è una vergogna del settore privato, interessato solo al denaro. vi sconsiglio caldamente di andarci.
