★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei spezzare una lancia a favore della segreteria. Le persone non rispondono male se non c'è ragione. Ad ogni azione corrisponde una reazione. Vi siete mai chiesti come formulate le domante, con quale tono? Un giorno ero all'accettazione un signore arrogante petulava che erano 15 minuti che aspetava il dottore, la segreteria scusandosi riferisce che il dottore si era attardato con un paziente, visita più lunga del solito, il signore accusa la segreteria per mancanza di chiarezza, poca professionalità e altre cose, avrei voluto intervenire ma con soggetti cosi meglio evitare, complimenti alla biondina che invece non si è scomposta e non ha ne perso le staffe ne reagito, anzi. Questo mi fa pensare che sono talmente abituate a vedere certi soggetti e atteggiamenti che ne avranno la nausea. Brave ragazze avanti tutta e se necessario mandateli a........Luana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le "signorine" alla reception sono maleducate, e incompetenti. Professionalità pari a 0. Mi stupisco come mai non hanno ancora cambiato il personale dopo tutti i commenti negativi. La struttura invece ben organizzata, i medici sono bravissimi ma preparatevi alle risposte brusche e sbrigative quando telefonate x prenotare.
The "young ladies" at the reception are rude, and incompetent. 0 professionalism. I am amazed how come they still haven't changed staff after all the negative comments. The structure, on the other hand, is well organized, the doctors are very good but be prepared for abrupt and hasty answers when you call to book.

1) non discriminare ulteriormente il "non vaccinato" applicando 2 costi differenti...
2) ho chiesto se sul sierologico si poteva sapere tutto ed invece il particolare Igm non c'era...

Si possono eseguire visite medico specialistiche di ogni tipo, radiografie, risonanze magnetiche, prelievi e test covid. Hanno anche la possibilità di trasportare disabili.I dottori sono molto conosciuti e noti nell imperiese. Le segretarie sono molto cortesi e gentili. Un nota particolare alla segretaria Eliana sempre disponibile e gentile. Assolutamente consigliato
