Al telefono non risponde nessuno e su internet Si sponsorizzano dicendo che sono l’unico laboratorio convenzionato della città .... e poi arrivi lì la mattina presto e, se hai la sfortuna di non notare un microscopico cartello che dice: “x i clienti con esami in convenzione chiedere info” ti ritrovi a fare ore di fila x poi sentirti dire: ABBIAMO SUPERATO IL LIMITE MASSIMO DELLE ANALISI INCONVENZIONE E ORA SOLO A PAGAMENTO. Ho chiesto x quale motivo non l’hanno scritto su internet e come risposta solo gli occhi bassi della dottoressa. Chiedo allora come fare e mi risponde o all’ospedale o NOI LE FACCIAMO “UN PO’” DI SCONTO! Un po’ di sconto.....???? Corro nei laboratori analisi limitrofi e scopro che i laboratori, anche se non sono convenzionati, possono fare pagare un max di 10€ a prescrizione se non addirittura meno! DISONESTA’ VIGLIACCHERIA E FALSE INFORMAZIONI DA PARTE DI QUESTO LABORATORIO!!! Ti attirano x poi farti pagare soldi che non ti spetta pagare! The worst laboratory in the area! No one answers the phone and on the internet They sponsor themselves by saying that they are the only laboratory in the city .... and then you arrive there early in the morning and, if you have the misfortune not to notice a microscopic sign that says: "xi customers with exams in agreement ask for info "you find yourself doing hours in a row x then hear yourself say: WE HAVE EXCEEDED THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF THE ANALYSIS INCONVENTION AND NOW ONLY FOR A PAYMENT. I asked what reason they didn't write it on the internet and as an answer only the doctor's downcast eyes. So I ask how to do it and she replies either to the hospital or WE GIVE "A LITTLE" DISCOUNT! A little discount ..... ???? I run to the neighboring analysis laboratories and discover that the laboratories, even if they are not affiliated, can charge a maximum of € 10 per prescription or even less! DISHONESTY COWDING AND FALSE INFORMATION BY THIS LABORATORY !!! They attract you x then make you pay money that you are not entitled to pay!

Hanno risposto velocemente al telefono, mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni e un appuntamento per effettuare il test rapido COVID. Non ho trovato molta fila e ho potuto avere il risultato del test in inglese. Molto gentili. I'm surprised at the other reviews. They answered the phone quickly, gave me all the information and an appointment to carry out the rapid COVID test. I didn't find much line up and I was able to have the test result in English. Very kind.

Poca attesa, personale all'accettazione cortese ed efficiente, e la gentile e simpatica dottoressa che mi ha fatto il prelievo mi ha trovato subito la vena ( cosa che spesso non mi è successa in altri posti con relativi cambi di braccio e vari buchi per trovarla). Given the negative reviews I was a bit biased, but I was fine with it. Little waiting, courteous and efficient reception staff, and the kind and nice doctor who took me immediately found the vein (which often has not happened to me in other places with relative arm changes and various holes to find it ).

Personalmente, sono anni che vado, rispondono sempre al telefono, il giorno esatto gli esami sono sempre pronti, massima professionalità. Poi se la gente non ha pazienza a rispettare le normative, questo e un altro paio di maniche. I don't know if the negative reviews are paid by someone, to review negatively. Personally, I've been going for years, they always answer the phone, exams are always ready on the exact day, maximum professionalism. Then if people don't have the patience to comply with the regulations, this is a different kettle of fish.

Sconsiglio questo laboratorio, unoxa cosa positiva che l'infermiera che fa le analisi è brava ma per il testo è da bocciare Str negative experience. I do not recommend this laboratory, one positive thing that the nurse who does the analyzes is good but for the text it is to be rejected
A	ANTONELLA NARDELLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente incompetenti, vi racconto la mia storia, ci era stato detto di non recarci a questo laboratorio di analisi perchè non affidabile,io e la mia famiglia abbiamo comunque deciso effettuare i tamponi perchè ormai dopo 2 anni di covid non ci sembrava possibile che un laboratorio postesse ancora sbagliare i tamponi. Mio padre risultato positivo a ben 3 tamponi rapidi fai da te, dopo un tampone molecolare effettuato presso questo laoratorio al costo di 60 euro è risultato negativo, sotto consiglio del medico abbiamo ripetuto un molecolare il girono dopo presso un altro laboratorio di analisi fuori città ed ovviamente è risultato positivo. trovo assurdo che si possa verificare questo si tratta di salute e di un test che è ormai collaudato da 2 anni, cosa sarà successo?? saranno state scambiate le provette?? non lo so so solo che probabilmente tanta gente ora è in giro ad infettare chissà quante altre persone, solo perchè un laboratorio di analisi non è in grado di fare bene il suo lavoro, Totally incompetent, I'll tell you my story, we were told not to go to this analysis laboratory because it is not reliable, my family and I still decided to carry out the swabs because now after 2 years of covid it did not seem possible that a laboratory would still post wrong the tampons. My father tested positive with 3 quick do-it-yourself swabs, after a molecular swab carried out at this laboratory at a cost of 60 euros was negative, under the advice of the doctor we repeated a molecular one the next day at another analysis laboratory outside the city and obviously it tested positive. I find it absurd that this can be verified, it is about health and a test that has been tested for 2 years, what happened? have the tubes been exchanged? I don't know I just know that probably many people are now around infecting who knows how many other people, just because an analysis laboratory is not able to do its job well,

Is not responsibility of a client to check if their detail information are completed correctly for important result, for legalise and travel purposes expecially when specifically spelled and constantly repeated for a unique messages. You put your client in a difficult and uncomfortable situation waisting there time that are not paid like yours! Is a payment service and we pretend to agave a great and impeccable service like other laboratory in this town ! My valuation is negative and for sure my last experience!
