Abbiamo chiesto un informazione in quanto abbiamo comprato da poco una mocca bialetti nel negozio per un eventuale controllo del prodotto. Il personale non ci faceva neanche finire di comunicare la comunicazione dicendoci che oggi era domenica in maniera poco cordiale!! Mi dispiace che un marchio così rinomato faccia lavorare personale poco cordiale..
We entered the almost deserted shop, person busy chatting to each other !! We asked for information as we recently bought a bialetti mocca in the shop for a possible product check. The staff didn't even let us finish communicating, telling us that today was Sunday in an unfriendly way !! I'm sorry that such a renowned brand makes unfriendly staff work ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo contatto telefonico mi reco in negozio per lasciare la macchina in assistenza e scopro solo lì che il sabato non aprono pratiche di assistenza, dopo aver percorso 50 km. Personale al telefono poco preciso.
