La gestione familiare di Biagio e suo figlio Simone per me ha da subito fatto la differenza: sempre cortesi e professionali, sia nel servizio alle pompe sia per l'autolavaggio! Normalmente consideravo far benzina come un fastidio da sbrigare prima possibile; invece loro fanno apprezzare il momento della sosta, come un ritrovo tra amici! Vedere facce sorridenti oltretutto è diventato una rarità al giorno d'oggi.. Provare per credere! Consigliatissimo! For years now I have been a loyal customer of BGM. Appena arrivati, il titolare apre lo sportello dell'auto e subito mi chiede un supplemento perché l'auto era sporca. Gli faccio presente che è proprio per quello che l'ho portata lì e lui risponde che per il prezzo del coupon non può perdere tempo a passare l'aspirapolvere. Ora mi ritrovo un coupon acquistato di cui non posso richiedere il rimborso perché ormai sono trascorsi i 14 giorni del recesso e l'auto sporca. Complimenti, sapete come farvi i clienti!
