Invito anche a provare Betra al corso Vittorio Emanuele con pizza a trancio e tante altre cose davvero gustose e fuori dagli schemi. ?????? For me it is undoubtedly the best pizza in Salerno, the flavor and a lightness are the protagonists. The place is smart and clean, the service is quick and the collaborators are all ready to welcome customers to the fullest. Salerno is full of pizzerias but BETRA nin fights !! I also invite you to try Betra at Corso Vittorio Emanuele with pizza by the slice and many other really tasty and unconventional things. ??????

A pleasant evening, a small and welcoming place, the staff are always attentive and the pizzas are varied and excellent, I also recommend the fried foods that are not at the level of the pizzas but they also deserve a little note.

Eravamo in due e abbiamo ordinato un crocchè, una porzione di fiori di zucca fritti, una margherita, una re sole e il fiocco di neve di Poppella, da cui il locale è rifornito. Credo di non aver mai mangiato una pizza così soffice e delicata, leggera e saporita nel cuore residenziale di Salerno. Il mix di sapori diversi, ma equilibrati, rende impareggiabile l'esperienza che Betra riesce ad offrire al cliente, sia per quanto riguarda le pizze classiche sia per le gourmet. L'impasto è molto digeribile e la stesa a ruota di carro rende la pizza davvero ottima in quanto a consistenza e cedevolezza. La cortesia del personale è stata encomiabile. Per quanto riguarda il conto, i prezzi sono molto economici o nella media. Non ci sono davvero difetti da segnalare, indicatore interessante che in qualche modo suggerisce la cura dei dettagli che per questa pizzeria sono davvero un non plus ultra. Bravi, bravissimi! A pizzeria that looks rustic, truthful, calm, but which reveals all its potential at the first bite of pizza and fried food. There were two of us and we ordered a crocchè, a portion of fried zucchini flowers, a margherita, a king sun and the Poppella snowflake, from which the restaurant is stocked. I think I have never eaten such a soft and delicate, light and tasty pizza in the residential heart of Salerno. The mix of different but balanced flavors makes the experience that Betra is able to offer to the customer unparalleled, both for classic pizzas and for gourmets. The dough is very digestible and the wagon wheel spread makes the pizza really excellent in terms of consistency and yield. The courtesy of the staff was commendable. As for the bill, the prices are very cheap or average. There are really no defects to report, an interesting indicator that somehow suggests the attention to detail that is truly a non plus ultra for this pizzeria. Well done, very good!
