Molto cordiale e disponibile il personale, siamo stati serviti con calma e con numerose proposte nonostante fosse sabato mattina, c erano diversi clienti ma anche tre persone dedicate alla vendita. Positivo Well-kept environment, display of good quality lamps and chandeliers, both design products and more traditional models. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were served calmly and with numerous proposals even though it was Saturday morning, there were several customers but also three people dedicated to sales. I proprietari consigliano al meglio il cliente suggerendo soluzioni che fanno risparmiare qualcosa o che sia la soluzione più semplice bella ed economica non cercando di vendere per forza. Siamo stati accolti in modo semplice e diretto, ci siamo intesi da subito e siamo stati serviti con calma e professionalità a differenza di altri posti dove sembra di essere in un supermercato con prezzi da boutique però. The owners best advise the customer by suggesting solutions that save something or that is the simplest, most beautiful and cheapest solution by not trying to sell necessarily. We were greeted in a simple and direct way, we understood each other immediately and we were served calmly and professionally unlike other places where it seems to be in a supermarket with boutique prices though. Ho già provato a contattarvi ma mi avete rispedito al mittente, alla fine ho acquistato un prodotto, su vostro consiglio, ma l'ho dovuto utilizzare diversamente, rimettendoci un bel pochino di soldi. La soluzione c'era ed era semplice ma non avete voluto neppure ascoltare! Unprofessional advice. Little attention to customer needs. Avendo restaurato un appartamento, avevamo da integrare, ad appliques e lampadari di artigianato fiorentino e vetro di Murano, altri punti luce. Talvolta aggiungere può portare a risultati esteticamente non apprezzabili, che rischiano anche di svilire oggetti di per sè belli. La sig.ra Sabrina ha capito subito le nostre esigenze e ci ha fatto delle proposte che abbiamo condiviso, certi del valore aggiunto, che gli acquisti fatti daranno al nostro arredo.Ringraziamo tantissimo, consigliamo vivissimamente questo negozio a chi, quando compra, ha piacere di sentirsi trattato e a chi è in grado di capire la qualità dei prodotti. Ho acquistato dei lampadari e sono super soddisfatta sia del servizio offerto che della cortesia avuta nei miei confronti da parte di Sabrina e Renato. Hanno saputo aiutarmi nella scelta e cosa importante, avevo esigenza di una lampadario/plafoniera particolare per il bagno. Loro sono riusciti a realizzare praticamente un prodotto personalizzato che si adattasse perfettamente alle esigenze architettoniche del luogo in cui poi è stato applicato. Il sistema di illuminazione così realizzato ha trovato anche i pieni consensi del Geometra che ha seguito i lavori di ristrutturazione della casa. Grazie infinite. Sono molto felice di aver scelto voi per illuminare la mia casa. Well deserved five stars. They knew how to help me in the choice and importantly, I needed a particular chandelier / ceiling light for the bathroom. They practically managed to create a customized product that perfectly suited the architectural needs of the place where it was then applied.
