Disponibili anche per aiutarmi a risolvere problemi relativi ad un mio vecchio contratto auto fatto in un altra concessionaria. Sicuramente consiglierei ad un amico/a il gruppo Bertolucci e Coluccini per acquistare un auto.
 Prepared sales guys are available for any doubts and clarifications. Also available to help me solve problems related to my old car contract made at another dealership. I would certainly recommend the Bertolucci and Coluccini group to a friend to buy a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato Golf 8 tutto bene per 3/4 mesi poi inizio dei problemi. Continue accensioni di spie per una serie di anomalie e malfunzionamenti.
Non sono stati in grado dopo 3 interventi in officina a risolvere i problemi, anzi ne sono nati di nuovi ed inoltre, durante questo periodo di visite in officina la macchina mi ha lasciato a piedi.
PS
La macchina mi era stata consegnata con un graffio, ritornata dal piazzale subito in officina per lucidatura non al 100% riuscita.
Prodotto e concessionaria altamente sconsigliati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never made worse experience in my life. My car broke down and the ADAC brought my car to them in order to fix it. But instead i was stranded for two days. Nobody tried to help us, instead they always kept on saying "later, in 10 minutes". Even though we asked them to tell the ADAC that they cannot fix the car in order that we can get a rented car....the just didn't care. the only time they talked to us, wenn the closed for the day. everybody left us alone.
They do not deserve one single star....!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in on 30 January saterday all lights on and people are inside behind the sales desks and some talking to customers. I just had a small question on how to change a fuse. They could not even ask what I came for. The gentleman sent me away saying they were closed. It might have been the fact I only speak English but the unfriendliness and not willing to help was very unhelpful. If i ever i would buy a car i will not come here for sure.
