Entrato nel negozio di Arezzo per consultare tali prodotti,mi sono imbattuto in Riccardo Cini. Addetto al negozio. Persona molto simpatica, di ottimi gusti, che mi ha saputo ben consigliare nella scelta di ciò che mi serviva. Mi complimento con la ditta berni per aver trovato una persona simile per il punto vendita. Sicuramente vale la pena fare un salto in negozio per visionare la merce e per farsi consigliare da Riccardo.
Berni srl is one of the few Imola ceramiche dealers (a brand I knew but could not find). Entering the Arezzo shop to consult these products, I came across Riccardo Cini. Shop attendant. Very nice person, with excellent tastes, who was able to advise me well in choosing what I needed. I congratulate the berni company for finding a similar person for the store. Definitely worth a trip to the store to view the goods and get advice from Riccardo.

In the Arezzo showroom we found qualified personnel who were able to advise us in the choice of floors, bathroom and sanitary ware. Thanks to Riccardo's expert advice, today we have a house with simple and refined finishes at the same time.

Nella grande giungla degli showroom (dove spesso si ha la sensazione che il negoziante voglia semplicemente venderti la roba senza metterci un briciolo di passione per il lavoro) il signor Riccardo Cini è stata la nostra salvezza: oltre a essere competente e disponibile, ci ha progettato un bagno delizioso tenendo presente tutte le nostre necessità, aiutandoci nella scelta dei materiali - tutti di ottima qualità - mettendo in campo la sua esperienza e professionalità. L'arrivo dei materiali a magazzino e la consegna a casa è avvenuta in tempo record (considerando anche la difficoltà dei permessi per raggiungere il centro storico!) Dopo questa esperienza posso affermare che oltre alla qualità dei materiali sono davvero le persone che fanno la differenza! Complimenti davvero a tutti!
When you need to renovate the house for the first time, it is not easy to see in the midst of choosing what may be the best solution. In the large showroom jungle (where one often has the feeling that the shopkeeper simply wants to sell you the stuff without putting a shred of passion for the job) Mr. Riccardo Cini was our salvation: besides being competent and helpful, he designed us a lovely bathroom considering all our needs, helping us in the choice of materials - all of excellent quality - fielding his experience and professionalism. The arrival of materials in stock and home delivery occurred in record time (even considering the difficulty of permits to reach the city center!) After this experience I can say that in addition to the quality of the materials are really the people that make the difference ! Congratulations indeed to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità e professionalità! In questo negozio ho trovato delle piastrelle strepitose per un bagno che non riuscivo a trovare da nessun'altra parte!! Ho fatto qui anche un secondo bagno, le mattonelle per una veranda e per un grande terrazzo, il tutto di un'ottima qualità e ad un buon prezzo! Il rivenditore poi è sempre stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Lo consiglio sicuramente!
Quality and professionalism! In this shop I found some amazing tiles for a bathroom that I couldn't find anywhere else !! I also made a second bathroom here, the tiles for a veranda and a large terrace, all of excellent quality and at a good price! The dealer has always been very kind and very helpful! Definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa ho acquistato allo Store di Arezzo tutto ciò che mi serviva per la ristrutturazione di casa: pavimento lucido, rivestimento per i bagni, mobili bagno, box doccia, rivestimento cucina, ecc...
Il signor Riccardo mi ha accolto nel suo negozio con cordialità e competenza, spiegandomi le motivazioni tecniche sulla scelta di un prodotto piuttosto che un altro oltre che preparando con estrema precisione i disegni e i preventivi.
Mi sono trovato benissimo, anche quando c'è stato da sostituire qualche pacco di mattonelle, è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile. Da apprezzare la cordialità anche del magazziniere che ha trasportato il materiale più di una volta.
Sicuramente ci tornerò, anche per i prodotti trattati ed i prezzi.
A few months ago I purchased at the Arezzo Store everything I needed for the renovation of the house: polished floor, wall tiles for the bathrooms, bathroom furniture, shower enclosure, kitchen lining, etc ...
Mr. Riccardo welcomed me into his shop with cordiality and competence, explaining the technical reasons for choosing a product rather than another, as well as preparing drawings and estimates with extreme precision.
I had a great time, even when there was some tiles to replace, it was always friendly and helpful. To appreciate the cordiality also of the warehouse worker who has transported the material more than once.
I will definitely come back, even for the products and prices.
