★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked how much an Aperol Spritz would be before we ordered. Was told €4 without food and €7 with, bit of a strange pricing system. We ordered without food. When we asked for the bill they were going to charge us €6! I queried the price and was given a very rude response. Also noticed there were lots of flies and wasps all over the food. Tourists, be aware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Indeed. Decent food also. Good showoff. But pricey as hell! Totally not worthy! Let's be real. Panettone and bakery products are not an exclusive of Berni abs the "jewelry prices" here are 100% unjustified. Byebye!

I came to buy many pastries during my birthday, received very rude attitude and left without anything except really bad mood. I think they really need to rewatch their attitude to clients

Very busy place so the narrow passage between the displays and tables gets rather cramped. Service is pretty good and staff made a great effort of jumping over the language barrier. Cleanliness could be improved to be top notch ;) e.g. changing aprons if they do get very dirty, clean tables more thoroughly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate a “Lemon Cheesecake” and I drunk a coffee.
The cheesecake was ok, nothing really good but nothing that awful, for sure it didn’t justify its price, 5,50€!
The espresso was good, Italy you know, 1,20€.
The service is good, you have free WiFi and rue place is not too much noisy.
