Sia nel caso di richiesta d'informazioni sia in occasione di un prodotto dimenticato alla cassa e la stessa persona che aveva risposto al telefono metteva in dubbio che fossi la persona che aveva pagato. Chi altro poteva sapere che mancava il prodotto e li chiamava per telefono chiedendone notizie? Well-stocked but unprofessional staff on the verge of rudeness.
