★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da turista quest'estate mi trovo in piazza Bernardini a Lucca e vedo questo negozio molto bello e grandissimo: purtroppo l'accoglienza non è stata all'altezza della struttura. Poca disponibilità del personale, mi sono sentita trasparente, uscendo dal negozio in fondo alla piazza ho visto un'altra boutique. lì sono stata subito seguita da una commessa gentilissima che mi ha venduto tante cose. Tornerò a Lucca ma non per questo Bernardini 39.
 As a tourist this summer I am in Piazza Bernardini in Lucca and I see this very beautiful and very large shop: unfortunately the reception was not up to the standard of the structure. Little availability of the staff, I felt transparent, leaving the shop at the end of the square I saw another boutique. there I was immediately followed by a very kind saleswoman who sold me many things. I will return to Lucca but not for this Bernardini 39.
