Se siete fortunati potete trovare anche le guance che sostituiscono egregiamente il "capèl del prét" nei bolliti o nei brasati.

Classic village butcher shop with great care also in cleaning. The meat is gorgeous !!! Very soft and tasty. I recommend the tagliata which is spatial for tenderness and flavor. If you are lucky you can also find cheeks that replace the "capèl del prét" in boiled or braised meats.
Highly recommended !!!!
