Un signore seduto all'entrata a malapena saluta e mi indica un letto della marca che mi interessava in vetrina e "ce ne sono altri al piano di sopra". Quale piano? Non si sa. Ho girato il negozio semideserto per un'ora, nessuno che abbia pensato di venire a vedere se potessi aver bisogno di aiuto, chiarimenti, altro. Indicazioni dei prodotti in vendita scarse o assenti (cartellini scritti a mano, spesso con calligrafia illeggibile). Pessima accoglienza, zero assistenza. Mai più.
San Donà shop, I go inside to look at the beds and kitchens. A gentleman sitting at the entrance barely greets me and points to a bed of the brand I was interested in in the window and "there are others upstairs". Which plan? It is not known. I walked around the semi-deserted shop for an hour, no one thought I'd come and see if I might need help, clarification, anything else. Few or no indications of products on sale (handwritten tags, often with illegible handwriting). Bad reception, zero assistance. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, la mia esperienza con Bergamin, e soprattutto con Andrea Pasqual è stata eccellente. A parte la qualità dei prodotti, che è notevole e ottima in rapporto qualità/prezzo, ho trovato in Andrea una persona estremamente cordiale, gentile, disponibile e competente, che mi ha proposto delle soluzioni con un modus operandi raramente (per non dire MAI) riscontrabile da altre parti.
Mi ha consigliato e guidato nell'acquisto di una cucina piuttosto elaborata, che ovviamente ho preso; successivamente, vista la professionalità riscontrata, mi sono rivolto ad Andrea anche per un armadio a muro su misura. Ancora una volta ho trovato un ottimo prodotto, servizio e prezzo!
Non c'è 2 senza 3, non escludo che a breve faccia il mio terzo acquisto in negozio!
What can I say, my experience with Bergamin, and especially with Andrea Pasqual has been excellent. Apart from the quality of the products, which is remarkable and excellent in quality / price ratio, I found in Andrea an extremely cordial, kind, helpful and competent person, who rarely offered me solutions with a modus operandi (if not NEVER). found elsewhere.
He advised me and guided me in the purchase of a rather elaborate cuisine, which I obviously took; subsequently, given the professionalism found, I also turned to Andrea for a custom built-in wardrobe. Once again I have found a great product, service and price!
There is no 2 without 3, I am not ruling out that I will soon make my third purchase in the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molti dubbi al momento dell'ordine disponendo soltanto di un catalogo ed alcuni campioni per la maggior parte degli articoli, facendo cosi trasparire poca chiarezza nelle colorazioni e tipologie di materiali.
Effettuato l ordine di alcuni mobili del soggiorno, sono stato contattato dall'azienda dicendomi che la colorazione che avevo scelto non era disponibile per quella tipologia di articoli.
Inoltre sono venuti per due volte i tecnici a casa per un problema ad uno sportello senza riusce a sistemarlo.
