★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi!!! Abbiamo acquistato una Veneta Cucine. Cucina montata a gennaio: pezzi mancanti, copricerniere attaccati col biadesivo ??♀️ in quanto arrivati già rotti, piano in quarzo difettato (difetto confermato sia dall'installatore che dal produttore del piano) che non vogliono sostituire e dopo 6 mesi, nonostante i mille solleciti, siamo ancora in attesa di un qualsiasi tipo di intervento per sistemare la cosa. Per non parlare del fatto che ci è stato consigliato un prodotto totalmente difforme da quello che avevamo richiesto (abbiamo chiesto un piano che fosse resistente e non ci desse problemi, invece risulta più fragile del vetro! Forse perché difettato? Boh, a loro dire non è normale, secondo il produttore si...) Responsabile del negozio che di fronte alle nostre lamentele ci ha riso in faccia... Davvero pessimi!
 Shameful !!! We purchased a Veneta Cucine. Kitchen assembled in January: missing pieces, hinge covers attached with double-sided tape quanto as they arrived already broken, defective quartz top (defect confirmed by both the installer and the hob manufacturer) that they do not want to replace and after 6 months, despite the thousand reminders, we are still waiting for any kind of intervention to fix it. Not to mention the fact that we were recommended a product totally different from what we had requested (we asked for a plan that was resistant and did not give us problems, instead it is more fragile than glass! Maybe because it is defective? Boh, they say not it is normal, according to the manufacturer yes ...) Shop manager who laughed at us in the face of our complaints ... Really bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forti della recensione positiva di un nostro amico abbiamo fatto visita a Bergamin Arredamenti per una cucina e che dire, siamo stati veramente soddisfatti! Siamo stati seguiti sin dall'inizio da Daniele (che suggerisco vivamente!), il quale con molta professionalità ci ha dato molti consigli utili per poter allestire al meglio la nostra cucina. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è che i consigli ricevuti non avevano come fine un ritorno economico, ma bensì soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La cucina è stata montata accuratamente da montatori molto attenti ai particolari. Prima di Bergamin avevamo visitato altri negozi, ma devo dire che Bergamin ci ha offerto una cucina qualitativamente migliore e ad un prezzo più basso rispetto la concorrenza (ad esempio Rampazzo Severino). Concludo dicendo che l'acquisto è stato perfetto, sia dalla fase di progettazione fino al montaggio, e cosa più importante siamo pienamente soddisfatti della cucina, sia dal punto di vista funzionale che estetico. 10 E LODE!!
Strengthened by the positive review of a friend of ours, we visited Bergamin Arredamenti for a kitchen and what to say, we were really satisfied! We were followed from the beginning by Daniele (whom I strongly suggest!), Who with great professionalism gave us many useful tips to better prepare our kitchen. The thing that we really appreciated is that the advice received did not aim at an economic return, but rather at meeting our needs. The kitchen has been carefully assembled by very careful assemblers. Before Bergamin we had visited other shops, but I must say that Bergamin offered us a better quality cuisine and at a lower price than the competition (for example Rampazzo Severino). I conclude by saying that the purchase was perfect, both from the design phase to the assembly, and most importantly we are fully satisfied with the kitchen, both from a functional and aesthetic point of view. 10 AND PRAISE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giudizio pesantemente penalizzato dal PESSIMO servizio postvendita: sedie costose arrivate senza un tappino antiscivolo, sto ancora attendendone la consegna da aprile (siamo a novembre) dopo numerose promesse da parte della venditrice. Anta della cucina arrivata danneggiata, e dopo mesi e varie telefonate da parte della venditrice (che chiamava solo sotto minaccia), ancora da sostituire. Oltre alla pessima esperienza nel postvendita, la venditrice che ci ha assistito si dimenticava degli appuntamenti presi in sede, facendoci attendere o peggio liquidandoci in modo sbrigativo con la scusa di essersi dimenticata l'appuntamento e dovendo andare via. Spero di essere stato sfortunato. Peccato, hanno bei marchi.
Opinion heavily penalized by the BAD after-sales service: expensive chairs arrived without a non-slip cap, I am still waiting for delivery from April (we are in November) after numerous promises by the seller. The door of the kitchen arrived damaged, and after months and several phone calls from the seller (who called only under threat), still to be replaced. In addition to the bad experience in after-sales, the seller who assisted us forgot about the appointments made on site, making us wait or, worse, clearing us up quickly with the excuse of having forgotten the appointment and having to leave. I hope I was unlucky. Too bad, they have nice brands.

Siamo stati accolti molto piacevolmente da un venditore di nome Daniele, il quale con molta disponibilità e professionalità si è messo “all’opera”.
Devo precisare che non essendo del settore, non sapevo da cosa iniziare, o meglio unica cosa certa era il colore, volevo una cucina bianca. In Daniele ho trovato la professionalità, l’esperienza,la tanta pazienza ed il buon gusto. Ha saputo consigliarci in ogni piccolo dettaglio, risultato finale?? Cucina SPLENDIDA, particolare e raffinata. Con ottimi elettrodomestici
Ho acquistato anche un armadio, anch’esso splendido. Vorremmo anche complimentarci con il montatore Claudio puntuale,molto preciso, attento
