★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your usual pizzeria. Posh and somewhat pretentious, but actually interesting and unique. Really good quality in food and drinks, unexpected menu choices, and most important and very uncommon, a variety of different doughs availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place with a clear character in the clean retro decor. Excellent service and a very specific but effective interpretation of pizza based on selected quality ingredients. Great the choice of the type of dough from different organic grains and with or without yeast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a couple of times and pizza was very good. It is not the “classic” pizza you can eat around Rome (it is not wood oven) but it is really worth it. Book a table before you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My all times favorite pizza place! This pizza has a unique taste due to a naturally fermented dough and usage of antique grains. The dough is very digestible and you don't feel heavy after eating the whole pizza. There is a great choice of toppings, nice beers and wines. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this pizzeria.
