Boh A sto punto basta dirlo subito al telefono no? O speri che arrivato lì uno compri il loro? Incredibile On the phone they say that they cut your wood then as soon as you arrive they ask if you bought it from them or not and if you don't buy it from them they don't cut it ... Sono stato servito dal signor Pino, ottimo venditore, mi ha dato qualche consiglio utile sulla lavorazione che andavo a fare oltre a vendermi la bellissima tavola. Materiale e servizio al cliente ineccepibili, ritornerò di sicuro. Grazie I bought a Slavonia oak table, excellent, almost no crack, competitive price. Un ringraziamento in particolare lo dedico al Sig. Pino che ci ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine e si è reso disponibile nonostante ci siano state da fare delle modifiche in corso d'opera. Grazie ancora. I bought some steps for a solid oak staircase, the quality of the wood and the service were more than excellent. A special thanks goes to Mr. Pino who followed us from the beginning to the end and made himself available despite some changes being made during the work. Thanks again.
M	Massimo Longo Vaschetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magazzino materiali per falegnameria PREGI: - ben fornito ci si trova praticamente tutto quello che riguarda il legname; - servizi di taglio, foratura, bordatura; - prezzi del solo materiale normali DIFETTI: - Tutto il personale dai magazzinieri agli impiegati degli uffici sono tutti indisponenti, frettolosi,indispettiti e musoni trattano il cliente come uno che gli da quasi fastidio, unica eccezione è la ragazza negli uffici che è sempre gentile e sorridente. Evidentemente non è un ambiente di lavoro sereno e da cliente ci si sente quasi a disagio. -prezzi dei servizi a parere mio eccessivi; ad esempio acquistare un top cucina costa 100€+iva (e va bene) ma ti chiedono poi ulteriori 100€ +iva per far fare 2 forometrie (per piano cottura e lavello) Carpentry materials warehouse ADVANTAGES: - well-stocked there is practically everything related to timber; - cutting, drilling, edging services; - normal material prices only FAULTS: - All the staff from the warehouse workers to the employees of the offices are all annoying, hasty, annoyed and curmuders treat the customer as one who almost annoys him, the only exception being the girl in the offices who is always kind and smiling. Inoltre comparando lo stesso tipo di legno con altri posti, se chiedi prima scelta loro ti danno una PRIMA SCELTA VERA (ad es, multistrato betulla 18mmm, zero patch). Di negativo c'è che sono scortesi, forse è perché sono abituati a trattare molto all'ingrosso e dei clienti piccoli gliene frega poco ma un minimo di gentilezza in più non guasterebbe. Una stella in meno solo per questo. Avrei voluto toglierne due ma la qualità del legno che vendono è indiscutibile e il prodotto conta di più. One star less just for that. I would have liked to remove two but the quality of the wood they sell is indisputable and the product matters more.

Questo succede perché molte persone hanno un lavoro, senza sapere che chi glielo dà sono i clienti che comprano. Place to avoid, rude, dear, incompetent and abrupt.
