For years I have been going to this jewelry for Dodo and Pomellato. And I don't live in Novara. Staff very nice and helpful in advising. True professionals in the field of watches that are always up to date.

Esperienza negativa in quanto sono stata AGGREDITA VERBALMENTE dal titolare della gioielleria.
Purtroppo non posso mettere meno di una stella.
SE DOVETE RECARVI IN GIOIELLERIA NON ANDATE DA BENSON, date la preferenza ad altre gioiellerie di Novara che meritano di essere chiamate tali.
Mi sono recata in questa gioielleria autorizzata dodo pensando che il mio bracciale potesse passare in garanzia nonostante non acquistato da loro. Mi hanno fatto credere che il bracciale potesse passare in garanzia senza avvisarmi del fatto che l’avrei dovuto portare nella boutique dove è stato acquistato.
Dopo pochi giorni sono passata a ritirarlo e ho dovuto pagare perché sistemato da loro.
Il bracciale non è stato sistemato nella maniera corretta tanto che non riuscivo più ne a metterlo ne tanto meno a toglierlo.
Mi sono recata nel negozio per far notare che il bracciale non è stato aggiustato nella maniera corretta. Subito sono stata aggredita.
SCONSIGLIATO ASSOLUTAMENTE!

IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO JEWELERY DO NOT GO TO BENSON, give preference to other jewelers in Novara that deserve to be called such.
I went to this authorized dodo jewelry store thinking that my bracelet could go under warranty despite not being purchased by them. They made me believe that the bracelet could go under warranty without notifying me that I should have taken it to the boutique where it was purchased.
After a few days I went to collect it and I had to pay because it was settled by them.
The bracelet was not correctly positioned so much that I could no longer put it, much less remove it.
I went to the shop to point out that the bracelet was not correctly adjusted. I was immediately attacked.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
