Ho montato da loro una batteria Bosh assicurandomi che la garanzia su quelle batterie fosse di due anni (cosa realmente così sui prodotti Bosh). Ma prima della scadenza della garanzia della batteria questa si è guastata ma non è stata sostituita perché a detta loro nessuna batteria ha una garanzia di due anni. Ricordandogli che per la legge italiana non è così, mi è stato risposto che da loro la legge italiana non funziona perché non sono rivenditori! Insomma una vera e propria delusione anche perché circa due mesi fa sono stati li a montare la stessa batteria altri parenti miei e hanno avuto la mia stessa informazione. Sicuramente hanno perso dei clienti con me! Bad experience. I mounted a Bosh battery from them making sure that the warranty on those batteries was two years (what really is on Bosh products). But before the battery warranty expired, it failed but was not replaced because according to them, no battery has a two-year warranty. Reminding him that this is not the case under Italian law, I was told that Italian law does not work because they are not resellers! In short, a real disappointment also because about two months ago other relatives of mine were there to install the same battery and had the same information. Surely they have lost customers with me!

Ogni tanto un po troppo pieni e i tempi ne risentono. Officina molto completa con anche pezzi di ricambio. Nel complesso davvero ottima.
