Il personale è sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale, ma i prodotti freschi come pane e derivati e verdura sono SEMPRE vecchi. Il pane di oggi a mezzogiorno come può essere completamente secco fino al centro della mollica? Da quanto stava li? Idem per l’insalata, anche se confezionata è visibilmente vecchia e ha un colore evidentemente non proprio di un prodotto fresco o quasi fresco. Credo che proporre un prodotto vecchio a un cliente sapendo che se rifiuta sarà senza e non potrà sostituirlo (come si può invece fare facendo la spesa di persona) sia una mossa meschina. Allegherei foto ma difficile fotografare della mollica facendo capire che è dura come una pigna….
I'm sorry to give a negative evaluation but after yet another disappointment I'm forced. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and professional, but fresh products such as bread and derivatives and vegetables are ALWAYS old. How can today's noon bread be completely dry to the center of the crumb? How long had he been there? Ditto for the salad, even if packaged it is visibly old and has a color that is obviously not really that of a fresh or almost fresh product. I believe that proposing an old product to a customer knowing that if he refuses it will be without and will not be able to replace it (as you can do by shopping in person) is a poor move. I would attach photos but difficult to photograph the crumb making it clear that it is hard as a pine cone….
