For years, I have been using the vehicle inspection service. The center has a mechanical workshop with qualified personnel. Courtesy and kindness are the goal of the garage manager. Five stars you deserve.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll trotz Sprachbarriere aufgenommen, haben unkompliziert schnelle Arbeit und Top Qualität bekommen und sind nun sehr glücklich wieder sicher weiter zu reisen zu können! We had a problem with our car and happened to pass here on our road trip. We were welcomed in a very friendly, helpful and understanding manner, despite the language barrier, we got uncomplicated, fast work and top quality and are now very happy to be able to continue traveling safely! Many Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pieno Agosto mi sono trovato in difficoltà con il Camper sull'autostrada proveniente da Roma e diretto a Capo Vaticano, uscito a Pizzo ho trovato l'officina Ben.fra che, nonostante fossero già pieni di lavoro, con competenza, gentilezza, professionalità hanno risolto il problema sostituendo il pezzo rotto e consentendomi di riprendere il viaggio il giorno successivo!!!
Devo in particolare segnalare la disponibilità della Signora Carmela e del figlio Domenico che mi hanno addirittura messo a disposizione la propria autovettura per poter raggiungere un supermercato e ospitandoci nel piazzale per la notte. Una tale cortesia e disponibilità rappresenta un raro esempio di professionalità da ricordare e segnalare. Grazie
In the middle of August I found myself in difficulty with the Camper on the motorway coming from Rome and directed to Capo Vaticano, exiting in Pizzo I found the Ben.fra workshop which, despite being already full of work, with competence, kindness, professionalism, solved the problem by replacing the broken piece and allowing me to resume the journey the next day !!!
In particular, I must point out the availability of Mrs. Carmela and her son Domenico who even made their car available to me to be able to reach a supermarket and hosting us in the square for the night. Such courtesy and availability represents a rare example of professionalism to remember and report. Thanks

Avevamo una gomma a terra e purtroppo in quella giornata di festa il gommista non era disponibile ma la signora ci ha dato trattato davvero con grande cortesia e ci ha dato puntuali e preziose indicazioni per poter rivolgersi ad un collega operativo quel giorno. Grandissima professionalità da parte di questa officina, grazie mille ancora!
We found ourselves in difficulty passing through these parts with our car and they gave us an indication to go through here. We had a flat tire and unfortunately on that day of celebration the tire dealer was not available but the lady treated us with great courtesy and gave us timely and valuable information to be able to contact a colleague operating that day. Great professionalism from this workshop, thank you very much again!
