Fissata la visita per oggi alle 13.40, mi viene richiesta - giustamente - puntualità. Mi presento dieci minuti in anticipo, ne aspetto 40 e non si presenta nessuno né ricevo chiamate o messaggi. Aspetto la fine della pausa pranzo e li chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni: mi vien detto che non sono stata avvisata poiché avevano segnato il mio numero sbagliato. Piccolo dettaglio, venerdì ero stata chiamata dallo stesso referente, esattamente sul numero che, oggi, aveva "segnato sbagliato." (almeno inventare scuse valide, non so.) Capisco che un affitto "valga" meno di una vendita dal punto di vista di un'agenzia immobiliare, ma questo episodio mi ha davvero amareggiata e perciò ho deciso di scrivere questa recensione. L	Luca Treccani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È bello trovare una candidata prima casa, capire che potrebbe esser quella giusta visita dopo visita, chiedere preventivi per una ristrutturazione, assicurarsi con la banca che il mutuo sia erogabile, trovarsi con l'agente immobiliare per fare un'offerta e infine fidarsi del suo consiglio circa la proposta d'acquisto. Il tutto è ancora più bello se dopo qualche giorno di attesa l'agente immobiliare ti da la tanto agognata notizia: il venditore ha accettato l'offerta. Meno bello, invece, è sentirsi dire il giorno dopo la decadenza della tua proposta che il venditore ha cambiato idea: la sera della scadenza della tua proposta si è materializzato un altro acquirente che ha offerto di più. Meno bello è sentirsi dire che la tua proposta NON è stata controfirmata prima di comunicarti che era stata accettata (o nei giorni successivi, anche quando chiedevi di entrarne in possesso). Posso capire che gli errori possano capitare, ma secondo la mia esperienza questo resta PROFESSIONALMENTE IMPERDONABILE. Continuerò la ricerca di una prima casa, ma tenendomi alla larga da benimmobili. Travisate la realtà ad una pacata e corretta critica vi qualifica pienamente: definirla in tal modo non è affatto onesto. Soprattutto sapendo che la proprietà dell' immobile è del responsabile della agenzia Utilizzare una proposta per fare lievitare una altra NON è da mediatore. Utilizzare la buona fede di 2 ragazzi rappresenta ciò di piu basso che si possa fare. Chi si è rimangiato la parola per pochi euro spero possa dormire sonni tranquilli. Complimenti.
