p	paul giatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ contattati per delle modifiche e manutenzioni a serrande da loro installate nel mio negozio. sopralluogo rapido,ma poi molti giorni senza alcun contatto.. e dopo svariati solleciti telefonici senza mai riuscire ad oltrepassare la segretaria (che dribbla ogni ulteriore contatto dicendo che hanno troppo lavoro e non possono aiutarmi) ho lasciato perdere.... rivolgendomi ad altri (tra cui pietropolis,che si è comportato più o meno uguale) in soldoni, è evidente che oggi i cosidetti "artigiani" non hanno intenzione di sprecarsi a lavorare,se c'è poca trippa.... e questo taglia fuori tutti coloro che hanno bisogno di manutenzioni o piccoli lavori. ragionevole,in fondo.... ma disgustoso,quando ti trovi ad aver bisogno di loro e questa risposta ti viene data dal tuo stesso installatore,e successivamente... da troppi cosidetti "artigiani" più attenti alla grana,che non a garantire ai cittadini un servizio necessario o a svolgere un lavoro ben fatto, in questa italia che sta andando ai cani: e ci sta andando, ANCHE per cose come questa. contacted for modifications and maintenance of shutters installed by them in mine shop. quick inspection, but then many days without any contact .. and after several telephone reminders without ever being able to get past the secretary (who dribbles any further contact saying that they have too much work and cannot help me) I let it go .... turning to others (including pietropolis, which behaved more or less the same) in a nutshell, it is evident that today the so-called "craftsmen" they are not going to waste to work, if there is little tripe .... and this cuts off all those who need maintenance or small jobs. reasonable, after all .... but disgusting, when you find yourself needing them and this answer is given to you by your own installer, and subsequently ... by too many so-called "craftsmen" more attentive to the grain, than to guarantee citizens a necessary service or to do a job well done, in this Italy that is going to dogs: and he is going there, ALSO for things like this.

Anche X questo il preventivo era esattamente il doppio di altri 2 preventivi. Attenzione ! M	Mattia Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella nostra abitazione si è bruciato il lampeggiante del cancello carraio (casa acquistata 1 anno fa) fornito dall'azienda in questione. Contattati per la sostituzione in garanzia di un pezzo installato da loro, rispondono (come un disco rotto) che il suddetto pezzo non è in garanzia, e che "se vogliamo, il costo è di 50€ + iva, altrimenti dobbiamo arraggianci..." Non si riesce a parlare con chi di dovere, e rimbalzano i problemi tra le 2 aziende aventi lo stesso titolare (Bendinelli serrande e la loro immobiliare San Stefano). Imbarazzante come ci si nasconda dietro ad un filo d'erba per sfuggire ai propri doveri.
