★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale la pena arrivare fin quassù per godere di una frescura sconosciuta a valle, di un panorama mozzafiato e di una natura selvaggia e incontaminata. Si può parcheggiare l'auto in uno slargo ricavato in un'ampia curva, poi si cammina lungo un largo sentiero, non impervio ma impegnativo, dapprima all'aperto, poi sempre più dentro un rilassante faggeto. Durante le belle giornate estive si incontrano comitive e famiglie. Alla fine si arriva sul raccolto belvedere che domina il sottostante altipiano. Sconsigliato camminare con calzature inadeguate e abbigliamento imprudente. Il Pollino è un ambiente montuoso davvero sottovalutato.
 It is worth going up here to enjoy an unknown coolness in the valley, a breathtaking view and a wild and unspoiled nature. You can park your car in a clearing created in a wide curve, then walk along a wide path, not impervious but challenging, first in the open, then increasingly inside a relaxing beech wood. During the beautiful summer days, groups and families meet. At the end we arrive at the cozy belvedere that dominates the plateau below. It is not recommended to walk with inadequate footwear and imprudent clothing. The Pollino is a truly underrated mountainous environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great panoramic view point, didn't time it but maybe 30 minutes walk from the nearest point on the road. Can be muddy after rain. Have also visited with snow shoes in winter.
