Se la giornata è buona da alcuni punti della montagna si possono vedere tutte le isole e anche la Sicilia con l'Etna e la Calabria. Seguendo il sentiero principale è impossibile perdersi ed è abbastanza semplice da fare. Da Valdichiesa alla cima ci vogliono all'incirca 3 ore e lungo la strada ci sono molti rifugi in cui fermarsi e riposarsi. In cima c'è un rifugio e un tavolo adatto ad un picnic. Salire è assolutamente gratuito e non sono previste visite guidate legali
Beautiful mountain trails but with the sea view in addition. If the day is good from some points of the mountain you can see all the islands and even Sicily with Etna and Calabria. Following the main path it is impossible to get lost and it is quite simple to do. From Valdichiesa to the top it takes about 3 hours and along the road there are many shelters where you can stop and rest. At the top there is a shelter and a table suitable for a picnic. Climbing is absolutely free and there are no legal guided tours
