Lucia svolge il suo lavoro con grande passione, competenza e onestà: riesce a spiegare in termini comprensibili anche ai non addetti ai lavori cosa comporta il trattamento che vorresti fare; se ritiene che il lavoro non abbia speranza di riuscire in maniera accettabile, non lo fa, inoltre utilizza ottimi prodotti. E' anche molto determinata a raggiungere il risultato: la mia idea balzana di passare dal castano scuro al grigio acciaio è stata realizzata.
