Le estetiste poi abbandonano i clienti durante certi trattamenti, perlomeno occorrerebbe un campanello di cliamata. Unprofessional. At the front desk they only look after clients. Ma se dovete pagare per il servizio non ci siamo... ho comprato il pacchetto (perchè l'offerta è sempre su pacchetti che vanno pagati in anticipo) per una sede che poi è stata spostata (senza alcun tipo di preavviso) ad un altro indirizzo. Ri-calendarizzare gli appuntamenti è stato difficile. Per non parlare del primo giorno in cui sono stata sgridata per il ritardo (avevo appuntamento alle 16,15 e sono entrata alle 16.20 perchè nonostante l'ampio parcheggio non si trova posto per la macchina), il secondo giorno mi hanno scottato col macchinario e la terza volta non avevano segnato l'appuntamento... ho aspettato mezz'ora.... le ragazze nelle cabine sono gentili ma non tutte all'altezza del lavoro che devono svolgere e alla reception, dove dovrebbe regnare gentilezza e accoglienza, si trova esattamente il contrario..anche con un po' di spocchia. Successivamente ambiente rumoroso, nessun relax, risultati discutibili. Idem una amica che aveva deciso di farsi fare una pulizia al viso. Ha portato i segni sul viso per più di 15 gg., senza contare il dolore che ha provato. Sin dalla prima volta, mi ha consigliata ed orientata nei trattamenti che rispondessero al meglio alle mie esigenze, soddisfando ogni mio dubbio o perplessità, motivo per cui sono diventata assidua e fedele cliente (i suoi massaggi sono un imperdibile momento di relax e un toccasana per il corpo e per la mente). Lo staff è assolutamente all'altezza delle aspettative ed io non sono una cliente che si accontenta facilmente: Syria è ineguagliabile per mani e unghie, precisa e impeccabile; Laura insuperabile per il pedicure, che non è più una tortura per me (non vedo l'ora di provare il suo massaggio di riflessologia plantare). Che altro aggiungere? Avendo l’esperienza negativa con questa ( mi ha fatto parecchio male) ho chiesto di nuovo appuntamento. Me lo davano in agosto. Ho richiamato in luglio e mi hanno dato l’appuntamento in settembre. In settembre è scaduta la mia tessera. Metto una stella per la mia estetista preferita Siria che è davvero brava. Il resto è da dimenticare è da cancellare. Il laser è stato fatto in modo sbagliato, zero effetto. Il pedicure - mi ha abbandonato la signora estetista per andare a fumare e poi dovevo sopportare questa puzza delle sigarette durante il trattamento. In 4 anni ho lasciato parecchi soldi in questo centro e alla fine sono stata anche sgridata dalla amministratrice. Vergogna… In June I made an appointment to have a waxing.
