They have a great attention to detail. They made my daughter's christening cake and it exceeded my expectations. It was splendid in its perfection: Isabella reproduced the images of the graphics in 3D! I was able to keep the Cake Topper as a reminder of that magnificent day. Federica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati ad inizio mese di dicembre per una torta di compleanno.( dove averli contattati su FB senza risposte) Probabilmente erano troppo impegnati per anche solo approfondire la richiesta di un cliente, infatti liquidato in 15 secondi di telefonata: no, è periodo di Natale e non ce la facciamo (a fare una torta per 12 giorni dopo). Sicuramente un cliente non vale la pena visto che siete così pieni di lavoro. Siete fortunati e vi auguro di esser sempre così pieni da liquidare le persone in questo modo.(c’è modo e modo)Grazie.
Contacted at the beginning of December for a birthday cake. (Where you contacted them on FB without answers) They were probably too busy to even investigate a customer's request, in fact liquidated in 15 seconds of phone call: no, it's Christmas time and we can't make it (to make a cake for 12 days later). Definitely a client is not worth it since you are so full of work. You are lucky and I hope you will always be so full as to liquidate people in this way. (There are ways and ways) Thank you.
